Providing essential administrative and operational support throughout every stage of a yacht’s lifecycle, from initial build to launch and into operation. We play a key role in creating order and structure: managing yacht correspondence, setting up and maintaining organised digital filing systems and overseeing the administration of the yacht as required. By supporting the Captain and Heads of Department, we ensure that the project runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the solid administrative foundation needed for successful delivery and operation.

FINANCIAL management

From establishing operating budgets and cash-flow trackers to overseeing crew expenses and reimbursements, we ensure every financial detail runs seamlessly. Our services can include full financial management system setup and payroll administration. Providing clear, efficient, and transparent financial control throughout your project.

crew administration and logistics

Assisting with recruitment logistics, onboarding documentation, creation of crew lists and employment files, coordination of travel, visas and certification, and providing general support for crew welfare and scheduling administration.

OWNER's supply contractors

Providing support in the coordination and administration of yard access requirements for the Owner’s supply contractors, including scheduling, site entry arrangements, and compliance with site access protocols.
