At The Build Purser, our support begins with a two-month introductory period, offered at a reduced monthly rate for unlimited support and with no ongoing commitment. This phase allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of the yacht’s priorities and administrative requirements.
At its conclusion, we provide a detailed report outlining services delivered, time allocation, and tailored recommendations to enhance efficiency and onboard procedures.
From here, we work closely with all stakeholders to define the most appropriate continuation from either of the two following options:
Monthly Retained Option
A fully managed, unlimited support model, with a monthly retainer. Fees are set in three-month sprints, allowing for seamless alignment with the yacht’s operational demands.
PAYG Option
A discreet, pay-as-you-go arrangement, offering expert purser support on an hourly basis, with an agreed monthly cap for complete cost control.
